Google, Meta & Bing Ads, managed to get you jobs.
We run Google, Meta, and Bing Ads for trades businesses spending $500–5,000 a month. Not to win awards — to get your phone ringing with the right calls, without wasting a dollar we don't have to.
What managing your ads actually means.

- Negative-keyword list kept tight
- Bids and budgets adjusted to what's working
- Ad copy tested and improved over time

- What we changed and why
- No jargon, no dashboard you'll never open
Always on your terms
- Your ad account, your card — we never touch your money
- 3-month minimum, then month-to-month
- You keep the account and its history if we part ways
Pick the platform, or let us recommend one.
Most accounts start on one platform (included in the flat fee) and add a second for $200/mo once it's proven out.
Google Ads
Search ads for people actively looking for what you do — "emergency plumber near me" — the highest-intent traffic there is.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Local awareness and retargeting at a lower cost per click than Google — good for staying visible to people who haven't searched yet.
Microsoft/Bing Ads
Same search-intent model as Google, often at a meaningfully lower cost per click — usually bundled in alongside Google at no extra strategy overhead.
Google Local Services Ads
Pay-per-lead, not per-click, with the "Google Guaranteed" badge — built specifically for trades and shows above regular search ads.
Ads work better with a site built to convert.
Sending paid clicks to a slow or confusing website is money down the drain. If your site needs work too, we do both — it's the same team at PDMS.
Websites for trades
Fast, lead-focused sites that turn your ad clicks into calls. From $1,800.
Conversion copy
The words on your landing page decide whether a click becomes a call. We write those too.
Questions about the work itself
Which platform should I start with?
For most trades, Google Ads or Google Local Services Ads — people are actively searching for what you do, so it converts fastest. Meta is a strong second once search is dialed in, for staying visible to people who haven't searched yet. We'll recommend one on our call based on your trade and area, not just default to Google.
I already have a website — do I need a new one for ads to work?
Not necessarily. If your site loads fast and makes it obvious how to call or book, ads can work on it as-is. If it's slow or confusing, we'll tell you honestly — sending paid clicks to a page that loses them is the most common way small budgets get wasted.
I've tried Google or Meta ads before and it didn't work — why would this be different?
Usually it's one of a few things: no conversion tracking, the platform's automation spending wide instead of on your actual service area, or a landing page that didn't hold up. We check all of that first, before touching the budget.
Can I run more than one platform from day one?
You can, but we usually recommend proving out one platform first so we know what's working before splitting the budget. A second platform adds $200/mo once the first is dialed in.
Do you write the ad copy and landing pages too?
Ad copy, yes — that's part of managing the account. Landing pages are handled by our copywriting team if yours needs work; we'll flag it if we think it's costing you leads.
Tired of watching your ad budget disappear?
